![]() ![]() It kind of made me angry that it was better than my own ear. The point is, when someone like me says I'm blown away by a tuner. Seriously, you think a tuner on something like GR is just an extra add on but that is one powerful tool that'll make everything sound WAY better just because of how accurate it is. I used to use the TU-2 to tune up for recording but that thing is gonna stay on the shelf now. I used it a few weeks ago and I swear my axe has never been THAT in tune before EVER. ![]() but the GR tuner? Holy *$%&^ is it ever precise. I have been the human tuner for many of my bands over the years. I've also used tons of high quality tuners for live and keep a BOSS TU-2 handy at all times. As in real life, many of the amplifier controls heavily interact with each other, so playing around with them is essential to explore all the variations of sound they can produce. I'm master of twisting out of tune chords into tune just with my fingers on the fly. GUITAR RIG 5 offers a varied selection of meticulously modeled classic amplifi-ers spanning the eras of the 1950´s to the present. I'll tune guits whose intonation are out geared toward the chord progressions. I tune to perfect fourths (Major third for the B). ![]() and not the chincy 5th fret or harmonics stuff. It's included in the GR4 LE package that comes X1 though too (unless there is an upgrade in 5GR). ![]()
